Services

The Luggage Cab provides luggage collection, transportation, temporary storage, and delivery services within designated service areas.

Service availability may vary based on location, scheduling, traffic conditions, weather conditions, and operational capacity.

Booking Requirements

Customers are responsible for providing:

Accurate pickup and delivery information
Correct contact details
Accurate luggage quantities and dimensions
Any special handling instructions

The Luggage Cab shall not be liable for delays or service issues resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer.

Pricing

All prices displayed at the time of booking are subject to confirmation.

Additional charges may apply for:

Oversized luggage
Excess luggage quantities
Special handling requirements
Extended waiting times
Changes requested after booking confirmation

Any applicable additional charges will be communicated whenever possible before service completion.

Luggage Restrictions

Customers must not place any prohibited, dangerous, illegal, or hazardous items inside their luggage.

Prohibited items include but are not limited to:

Firearms and weapons
Explosives
Illegal substances
Flammable materials
Perishable goods
Cash and negotiable instruments
Valuable jewelry
Precious metals
High-value electronics without prior approval

The Luggage Cab reserves the right to refuse transportation of any item deemed unsafe or prohibited.

Luggage Protection

Each luggage item is covered up to USD 1,000 per item, subject to investigation and verification of any claim.

Customers who purchase Premium Protection may receive enhanced coverage of up to USD 2,000 per item according to the selected booking option.

Coverage does not apply to:

Normal wear and tear
Improperly packed items
Prohibited items
Loss resulting from inaccurate customer information
Force majeure events beyond our control

Collection and Delivery

Customers must ensure luggage is available at the agreed pickup location and time.

Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to traffic, weather conditions, security checks, public events, or other operational factors.

The Luggage Cab is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Cancellations and Refunds

Customers may cancel bookings free of charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

For cancellations made within 12 hours of pickup:

50% of the booking fee will be charged

For no-show situations:

100% of the booking fee will be charged

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Comply with all applicable laws
Provide accurate information
Ensure luggage is properly packed
Be available during scheduled pickup and delivery windows
Avoid placing prohibited items in luggage

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Luggage Cab shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential losses
Lost profits or business interruption
Delays outside reasonable control
Damage resulting from prohibited items
Inaccurate information supplied by customers

Our liability shall not exceed the applicable protection coverage or the amount paid for the service, whichever is lower.

Intellectual Property

All content on https://theluggagecab.com/, including text, graphics, logos, images, and website design, is the property of The Luggage Cab and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Changes to Terms

The Luggage Cab reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page and become effective immediately upon publication.
