You can send up to 20 pieces of luggage per booking. If you’re travelling with oversized items or a larger number of bags, no problem, our team can arrange a customised solution for you. Just contact us and we’ll take care of the rest.

Yes, absolutely. Your luggage is covered while using The Luggage Cab services, with protection of up to USD 1,000 per item.

For additional peace of mind, you may choose a Premium Protection add-on, which increases coverage to USD 2,000 per item and includes a reusable luggage cover. Premium Protection is charged once per booking and applies to all items included in the booking.

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee availability. That said, we understand that travel plans can change, and we do our best to accommodate same-day requests whenever possible, subject to driver availability in your area.

We operate 24/7, 365 days a year. Whether you need an early morning airport transfer or a late-night pickup, our service is available around the clock to meet your needs.

Yes. You will receive status updates at every key step of the service, including when your luggage is collected, in transit, and successfully delivered.

You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 12 hours before pickup. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled pickup time are subject to a 50% fee, while no- shows will be charged in full. This allows us to fairly manage driver availability and service quality.

Luggage should comply with standard airline size and weight guidelines. Oversized or irregular items must be selected as Out-of-Format during booking.

Yes. We offer short- and long-term luggage storage solutions for travelers, professionals, and expats who need secure storage between stays or during extended time away. Storage is available as part of our service or upon request.

Yes. All bags are secured with tamper-evident security seals at pickup, and photo verification is performed at both pickup and delivery.

For safety and legal reasons, we cannot transport or store items such as passports, cash, valuables, power banks, perishable goods, plants, animals, or illegal items under UAE law. (Prohibited Items)
